    Very quite area, marvellous location, near a very clean and amazing private beach, and a taxi to Karon. Exceptionally nice staff from check-in to check-out and delicious and absolutely superb breakfast.

    We had perfect stay.

    The hotel was spotless with free Wi-Fi. All of the staff was caring and very very helpful. The breakfasts here were varied and large with prices high, GF muffins. Location: the property was short walk to a delightful beach in a secluded environment, shopping area and night life and patong or karon where numerous eating places are available. We appreciated being in this property.

    The facilities and location was excellent. We were able to relax and the choice of places to eat within the hotel was fantastic. You really do not need to leave the hotel to have an enjoyable holiday.

    The fridge in the room was not cold enough and some of the in room facilities need updating.

    The spa treatments and poolside massages were perfect for unwinding after a long day in the sun. Just be aware that the breakfast area can get a bit crowded at peak times, but it didn't really affect our fun 😊

    The beach front was excellent and relaxing from the rest of Phuket

    We had a days of power cuts and loss of airconditoning for six or seven hours at a time. This is not good enough for a resort of this standard and price. We felt this was happening on a regular basis not just with us. This needs to be addressed.

    We explored fine beaches and ancient temples, all within easy access. The pools are gorgeous, and the beach vibe is relaxing. Breakfast had plenty of high-quality options, but if you stay for a while, the menu could use some variety. Great spot to unwind and experience local culture.

    I was charged extra for our taxi, frustrating. When I brought it up, the staff were polite but dismissive. It left a sour note during our checkout, even though the rest of the service was generally good.
